When you contact us, we will process information in your correspondence, such as your name, business email, phone number, company name and enquiry. Depending on the situation, the basis will be steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but a contact method is needed for a reply.

3. How the form works

The form prepares a message in your email application. The website itself neither sends the enquiry nor stores its contents on a server. The company receives your data only after you send the message in your email application.

4. Service providers and retention

Hosting, email and IT providers may support the website and correspondence. Before launch, actual recipients or recipient categories, any transfers outside the EEA and data retention periods or clear criteria for determining them must be specified. These depend on the services selected and how enquiries are handled.

5. Your rights

Within the conditions set by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Contact the controller to exercise your rights.

6. Technical data and cookies

This website’s code does not include analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP addresses and request information. The private preview platform may provide additional access mechanisms. The final description must reflect the public hosting setup.

7. Automated decisions

We do not plan to use profiling or decisions based solely on automated processing to handle enquiries through this website.
